Following a massive bio-nuclear fallout from an international war, the majority of the Earth’s population was eradicated. In small underground bunkers, resources had significantly dwindled and the effects of radiation caused a mass extinction of adult humans across the Earth.

However, hope remains strong among the New Kids. Born during the fallout and becoming biologically accustomed to increased levels of radiation, a new generation emerged from below the surface along with a steadfast leader of the colony. Ping, along with the rest of the roughly one hundred kids, must defeat the new colonizers of the Earth; the Nimz. 

Born from the years of radiation on a species of the animal kingdom, increased intelligence had allowed them to create an empire on the Earth, enslaving all animals and life forms. Along with their domination the majority of the Earth’s oceans had been completely drained, the Nimz attempting to wipe out any trace of water, their ultimate weakness. Unbeknownst to them, the UN’s subterranean water supply system  had more than supplied the bunker’s population for decades. Now, rising from below, Ping and the New Kids must rise together to defeat the Nimz using their hydro-powered weaponry to restore natural order and birth a new generation.
